MBLFD Peer Support

Chris Patti (MBLFD coordinator) (360)791-5052

My Name is Chris Patti and I have been in the Thurston County Fire Service nearly all of my life. I have been in the fire service since 1995 and have been a Career Fire Officer since 2004. I also spent 10 years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher at TCOMM (formerly CAPCOM). I have been focused on the mental health of our first responders since 2002 when I joined the Thurston County Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) team as a Peer Counselor, and I recently completed the Peer Support Team training. My goal is to ensure that every fellow responder in this county has access to the appropriate level of support is readily accessible to ensure they make it through their career in a healthy spot. My phone is available 24/7 for any responder in need.

Brandon Espinoza (949)307-8396

My name is Brandon Espinoza. I moved to Washington from Montana with my wife and dog just before the covid pandemic. In my free time, I like to spend it outside when I can or going on some adventure with my family. The fire service is one big family and with that said we are here to offer support to each other. Being in the fire service is an amazing experience but along with that comes secondary trauma and other exposures/stressors that can occur through our lives. If you need any resources or to just talk, I am available whenever you need. Don’t hesitate to reach out!

Hi, I’m Matt! I was hired by McLane/Black Lake in 2020. When not on shift, I’m usually hiking, surfing, cooking, or entertaining the dogs with my wife. I’m super excited to be a part of the Peer Support Consortium, and have a firm belief in what peer support and advocacy for mental wellness can accomplish.

Jason Stoltz (253)278-6010

I started in the fire service with Mclane/Black Lake in 2006. I've been hired with Mclane/Black Lafe for the last 10 years. I currently live in Lacey with my wife that I've been married to for the last 8 years. I enjoy making BBQ, cooking, welding, working with wood and learning anything new that interests me. I also like spending time outside in any form, even if it's doing yard work. I'm here for anyone that wants someone to talk with. You can call or text me.
